
You have the right to permanently delete your SkoolPillar account and all associated personal data. Use the in-app button or email us — your data will be removed within 30 days.
Last Updated: April 6, 2026Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all your academic records, attendance history, and personal data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Please make sure you want to proceed before submitting a request.
Open the App — Profile → Delete Account
The fastest way: open the SkoolPillar app, go to your Profile, scroll to the Danger Zone section, and tap "Request Deletion". Your identity is already verified by your login, so no extra steps are needed.
Alternative: Send an Email Request
If you cannot access the app, email skoolpillar@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include your username and school name. We will verify your identity before proceeding.
Processing (Up to 30 Days)
Once your request is received — whether from the app or by email — your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when complete.
Data Removed
All profile data, academic records, and personal information are permanently removed from the school's server. This action cannot be undone.
Your school's administrator can delete your account directly from the SkoolPillar admin panel — this is often the fastest route for parents acting on behalf of their child. Contact your school office and ask them to remove the account from SkoolPillar.

Retention period: All data is permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
In-app requests are logged instantly — your Profile will show "Request Pending" immediately after submission so you know it was received.
Email requests receive a confirmation reply within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm IST) after identity verification.
Regardless of the method used, data deletion is completed within 30 days as required by applicable data protection regulations. A final confirmation email is sent once deletion is complete.
